Hi, I’m Meethli Parekh – and this is my real story.
Strong. Independent. Cool. Brave. Rebel.
That’s what they called me.
Different.
That’s what I whispered to myself when no one was listening.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all together.
But my journey didn’t begin with wellness.
It began in a small jewellery store—my father’s business.
As a young girl, I watched him work with precision and pride.
And I helped—quietly and consistently.
I used to handle the accounts of his jewellery showroom.
That was my first taste of responsibility—and the silent pressure of being “the strong one.”
I got married in my early 20s and moved to Dubai.
Within a few years, I was blessed with a wonderful son.
As a young wife and mother, my passion for a healthy lifestyle remained hidden.
But it was always there.
From day one, I never drank tea or coffee.
I was always drawn to nutritious food.
I’ve always been a disciplined person.
My curiosity about health led me to read, research, and absorb everything I could—for over a decade.
My family and close friends used to call me “the doctor without a degree.”
But when my son left for Germany for his graduation, the empty nest syndrome hit me hard.
That emotional shift pushed me to finally pursue my passion.
With my family’s support, I enrolled in a nutrition course—and earned my degree in my 40s.
I didn’t stop there.
I dove deeper into gut health, completed a gut healing certification, and explored Ayurveda.
For me, learning never stops.
At one point, I doubted myself—starting a new career in my late 40s.
But today, I truly believe: Age is just a number.
I launched Health Bliss in September 2022.
And the heartfelt feedback I receive from my clients constantly reminds me that I’m on the right path.
I feel deeply grateful that God has entrusted me with knowledge—and that people trust me with their most precious asset: their health.
That doesn’t mean boring or bland food.
Healthy eating means going back to basics—what your grandparents ate.
Wholesome. Natural. No processed or packaged foods.
As a skincare consultant, I also believe:
Your skin is the biggest indicator of what’s happening inside your body.
I guide my clients to see that healthy eating isn’t about following a rigid diet chart.
If you understand the basics, you won’t need a chart.
Knowledge stays with you for life.
Even when you eat something indulgent, you’ll intuitively know how to balance it out with your next meal.
It’s not about being perfect—it’s about balance.
Recently, I got a call from one of my old clients.
She said:
“After three months with you, everything changed.”
She now checks ingredient labels before buying anything—and even taught her 11-year-old son to do the same.
He once wanted pasta, and instead of grabbing just any pack, he searched for one with a single ingredient—chickpea pasta.
No preservatives. No gut-irritants.
